About the Role
A global Lloyd’s Broker is seeking an Account Manager to join it’s US Casualty Team with a primary focus on Broker Support.
This is an outstanding role for someone with experience of US casualty business that can provide outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities
Co-ordinates placement of risks, including production of documentation to assist placement and maintenance
Develop and maintain an active role/relationship with clients via e-mail, telephone and face-to-face, dealing with Client, Underwriter and Market Representative
Ensure that accounts are serviced efficiently and professionally from cradle to grave
Work with the Brokers to identify and qualify opportunities for business development
Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge and ability to communicate this to various audiences (Insureds, Retailers, Wholesalers, Internal and Underwriters)
Key Skills & Experience
The client is seeking a candidate with proven experience in US casualty business, strong attention to detail, and the ability to plan work meticulously. You will demonstrate effective persuasive and influencing skills and be confident operating in a client-facing environment.
You should be customer-focused, with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, strong IT and organisational capabilities, and the ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines through excellent time management.
