About the Role

We are recruiting for the position of Client Executive working within a market leader in this space. This is a great team and a positive working environment.

The role will encompass varied responsibilities, which include: direct client and broker liaison, MRC Slip and endorsement production, preparing quotes, mid-term adjustments, assisting brokers and producers, handling new and renewal business with a focus on Live Business (Event Cancellation and Non Appearance business covering music bands and artists, festivals, gigs, music production).

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide prompt technical insurance documentation to the Contingency client base

  • Provide support to other Brokers/Clients as required

  • Proactively manage all assigned accounts to ensure delivery of accurate and timely documentation 

  • Ensure that all client and market deadlines are met and/or managed as appropriate 

  • Effective communication with all clients

  • Prepare accurate, timely and compliant presentations, renewal reports and other market and client documents, as required 

  • Issue accurate and timely insurance documentation, ensuring peer review/authorisation checks are completed  

  • Complete various reports as required throughout the insurance cycle

  • Liaise as necessary with insurers in relation to clients’ policies

  • Maintain accurate client files, team diary systems, 

  • Ensure systems and applications are kept up to date with accurate information always 

  • Actively chase debt of allocated clients 

  • Work within applicable delegated underwriter authorities

Key Skills & Experience

The client is seeking an effective and reliable professional with strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Candidates must have London Market experience, with slip production being essential, and a solid understanding of insurance industry practices and London Market processes. A sound working knowledge of FCA regulations is required, along with experience following established systems and procedures. The role suits someone who is well organised, resilient, able to build effective internal and external relationships, and committed to ongoing professional development.
