The role will support the Digital Solutions team by ensuring a seamless client experience with digital platforms and proactively assist in the day-to-day running of our client-facing technologies.

Key Responsibilities
To provide day to day support to the team; with the agility to work across lines when required.
Support wider team in developing client relationships by ensuring that all platform-related needs and technical requirements from an administrative perspective are handled in a timely, accurate and compliant manner.
Assist the wider team with quality control for platform configurations, data integrity, and client reports, helping to resolve any processing queries.
Monitor and seek agreement of slips and endorsements via the London Market's electronic placing platform as well as the firm’s platform of choice (Whitespace).
Build strong networks with colleagues across the different Specialty and internal teams.
Key Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate the agility and aptitude to work within a fast-evolving and regulated environment, with the ability to effectively plan, organise and prioritise their workload. Strong attention to detail will be essential, alongside the ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholder groups and meet strict deadlines within a pressurised setting. The role also requires someone who is technically proficient, able to learn new systems quickly and confident using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills will also be key to succeeding within the position.
