About the Role
We are working with an extremely ambitious and highly respected Lloyd’s Broker who, through continued growth, is looking to hire a Claims Advocate at Associate level with expertise in Fine Art & Specie claims.
The role consists of handling claims from FNOL to final settlement across the US and International territories. This is a fantastic division and team that is recognised as a “broker of choice” across the London market. They offer a very collaborative environment, with outstanding culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
Understanding and experience of Fine Art & Specie claims across insurance and/or reinsurance
Handling claims from FNOL to final settlement
Broke advice and collections to the London Market where appropriate
Ensure proactive engagement with Advocates/Loss Management Executives to maintain connectivity with advocacy and ensure swift client service
Regular interaction with clients and the market
Key Skills & Experience
They're happy to consider a range of experience from a Broking or Adjusting background.
The business is seeking someone who highly diligent, personable who can engage with markets and clients on a direct basis, a quick thinker who is proactive and driven.
You must have an excellent understanding and experience of Fine Art & Specie claims across insurance and/or reinsurance.
