About the Role

We’re recruiting for a global Lloyd’s Broker seeking Technicians to join their Business Operations team. The roles are home-based, with occasional office attendance required, on an infrequent basis.

The role deals with all aspects of Premium processing whilst adhering to the departmental procedures and service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completing risk profile within Management systems

  • Create and maintain files

  • Process and monitor incoming post/emails

  • Produce and forward documentation to Lloyd’s/Lirma market via A&S

  • Sending closing to Company Markets

  • Assess and process premium movements

  • Diary for quarterly and yearly adjustments if required

  • Lors entries

  • Complete premium payment warranty calender entries

  • Processing of bordereaux

  • Obtain agreement to premium bordereaux, where required

  • Deal with market and/or client queries and liaise with the accounts department to ensure prompt payment of balances

  • Maintain statistical data

Key Skills & Experience

The client is seeking a technically strong insurance professional with experience processing across multiple lines and/or territories. You will have hands-on experience producing premium and risk bordereaux, managing IMR and Xchanging submissions (including cash and delinked premiums), and preparing tax schedules. The role requires providing technical support to Brokers and Account Executives, alongside a proactive approach and a genuine desire to develop your technical expertise within the London Market
