Key Responsibilities
Report to Head of Ops
Experience of stakeholder management at all levels of the organisation, including senior executive
Desire to implement transformation change and improvements to the business
Act as subject matter expert for all aspects of premium processing
Improve the technical processes and ability to form relationships with all areas of the business
Assess incoming processing requests for completeness and assign them to team members as appropriate
Ensure contract load and premium processing requests are completed accurately within the Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) agreed with the business
Manage resources effectively to ensure the team meets key performance indicators and service standards
Adhere to company and regulatory policies, procedures together with mandatory training requirements
Knowledge of insurance reinsurance and/or binders
Experience of global territories and all lines of business
